The staff of IN VIA Baltic is a creative team, with open minds to new ideas and activities, thus ensuring our continual professional improvement. In addition to publishing informative picture books about the Baltic countries, making presentations on Lithuania and the Baltic countries at international tourism fares (Beijing, New York), we are also engaged in other kind of activities, such as Meeting and Event Organizing.
This often includes arrangement of Conferences and training Seminars, which are usually implemented in cooperation with various institutions and companies. Event Organizing is a complex task, much more than just finding a venue, accommodation, catering, transportation, etc. The planning involves every little detail, down to the pre- or post-event tours.

Baltic Open Junior Tennis TournamentIN VIA Baltic together with Russian partners has launched the Baltic Open Junior Tennis Tournament in Vilnius on 26-30 September, 2011.
Next Baltic Open Junior Tournament for teenagers 14 years old and younger will take place in Vilnius on 9-13 January 2012.
Future tennis stars are welcome to join!

2011 – Learning Baltic Tour for European Women Management Development Association (EWMD), including mini conference, prearranged meetings, visits, cultural program, and of course, great fun of socializing.

2010 – assistance in organization of International EWMD Conference “Women in Leadership – Facilitator of Democracy” with participation of governmental officials and speakers from Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania. |

2010 – IN VIA Pilgrimage Vilnius- Santiago de Compostela. Photo and art exhibition arranged, film production under way. The project partially financed by Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania and implemented in cooperation with ERA Film company.
